Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of respondent no.1 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing counsel.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking expeditious disposal of proceedings by means of the instant petition. The petitioner seek direction to respondent no.2 for completing proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
A specific query was put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether he is a party to the proceedings under Section 67 of the Code of 2006, to which, he answer in negative. Since the petitioner made a complaint but since he is not party to the proceedings under Section 67 which is between the State and the private respondent no.4, this Court is not enable to entertain the petition on his behest, accordingly, the same is dismissed for want of locus to maintain the petition.
With the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed.
