Heard Shri Ajay Pratap Singh Vatsa, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Deepshikha, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State-respondents.

By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed following main reliefs:-

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no.3 to forthwith take decision on the representation dated 13.6.2024 of the petitioner (contained as annexure no.7 to the writ petition."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer that a direction may be issued to the opposite party no. 3 i.e., Chief Engineer, Ayodhya Zone, Public Works Department, Ayodhya to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.6.2024 (Annexure-7).

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection if a direction for disposal of the aforesaid representation is issued.

Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue, this writ petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer a fresh representation to the

opposite party no. 3 i.e., Chief Engineer, Ayodhya Zone, Public Works Department, Ayodhya taking all pleas and grounds which are available to him enclosing therewith copies of relevant documents and his earlier representations which are necessary for disposal of the representation, within a period of one week from today and if such representation is preferred by the petitioner within aforesaid period, the same shall be decided by speaking and reasoned order strictly in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if any, with expedition, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the decision thereof shall be intimated to the petitioner forthwith.
