Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri A.K. Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondents as well as learned Standing Counsel.

The present writ petition has been preferred for issuing direction to the respondents to provide hard/soft copy of the provisional afÏliation to the petitioners' institution for running the D Pharma Course for the academic session 2023-24.

Learned Standing counsel on the basis of instructions recieved has submitted that the names of these colleges are in the list of those colleges, which have been given provisional afÏliation for the academic session 2023-24 and if the petitioners want the hard copy of the order, either it may be sent by post to these institutions or they may collect from the ofÏce of respondent no. 2 on any working day in the next week.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the Manager of these institutions will contact the ofÏce of respondent no. 2 in the next week for obtaining the hard copy of the provisional afÏliation given to them.

As such, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the ofÏce of respondent no. 2 in the next week and respondent no. 2 shall provide the hard copy of the provisional afÏliation to the petitioners as per their instructions informed by the learned Standing counsel as mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
