Heard learned counsel for the review-petitioner.

By beans of the instant review-petition, the petitioner seeks to review the judgment and order dated 01.11.2022 passed by this Court in Writ-B No. 657 of 2022.

The record indicates that against the said judgment, another party had also filed a review-application which was considered and dismissed by this Court by means of order dated 03.05.2023.

A specific query was to put to the learned counsel for the review-petitioner to indicate as to what is the reason for filing the instant review-application with much delay and that too after the first review was dismissed in May, 2023, though, by a different party to which he could not give any cogent reason.

Be that as it may, since the review-application has already been dismissed on 03.05.2023, this Court does not find that there are any cogent reason to entertain the present review-application which is accordingly dismissed .
