Sri Vijay Dixit, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party submits that the order passed by the writ court dated 04-02-2022 has been complied with in it's letter and spirit as the application under section G-6 has been disposed of vide order dated 10-04-2023. He has placed the copy of the order dated 10-04-2023 alongwith instructions before this court, which is taken on record and that shall be the part of the record.
In view of aforesaid, no contempt is made out.
The contempt petition is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner that if she still feels aggrieved with the order dated 1004-2023, she may move a revival application in this contempt petition.
