From the perusal of the order sheet, it transpires that on 21.2.2023, illness slip was sent by the learned counsel for the applicant and this time also out of station slip has been sent by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, request for adjournment of the case is rejected.

Sri Madhav Om, Advocate holding brief of Sri Samir Om, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with as the representation of the applicant has been decided, vide order dated 20.2.2023.

This Court finds that there is direction for deciding the representation of the applicant in the order of the writ Court. From perusal of the compliance order dated 20.4.2023, it transpires that the representation of the applicant has been decided and, therefore, this court does not find any wilful or deliberate disobedience of the order passed by the writ Court.

In view of the aforesaid, no contempt is made out.

Notices are discharged.

¶12

Hence, contempt application is dismissed.

Consigned to the records.

¶14

However, liberty for moving revival application, is given to the applicant, if it so requires.
