Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 6.

In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.7 stand dispensed with.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority not to take any decision on the basis of report dated 02.04.2024 submitted by Chief Revenue Officer, Sultanpur and for a direction that matter be inquired from any other officer concerned and the Chief Revenue Officer, Sultanpur.

Mr. Rahul Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition on the ground that only a report dated 02.04.2024 has as yet been submitted and no final orders having been passed, petition would not be maintainable as such a preliminary stage.

In view of objection being raised by learned counsel for State, it is quite evident that petition has been filed seeking a direction of the nature indicated hereinabove.

It is quite evident that proceedings are still on going with regard to alleged encroachment made by Pradhan over Gaon Sabha Land and no final orders having been passed, this Court does not find this petition to be entertainable at this stage.

Considering the aforesaid fact liberty is granted to petitioner to participate in the proceedings in case she is so entitled.

With the aforesaid direction, petition stands disposed of .
