1 . Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as Dr. Pooja Singh, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 3 along with Shamshad Ahmad Khan, learned Advocate. The Vakalatnama is taken on record.

2 . The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 31.05.2024, in which, the Court had directed for issuance of notice prior to hearing of the injunction application.

3 . This Court had passed a detailed order on 14.06.2024 directing the parties to maintain status quo with respect to the property.

4 . Today when the matter was heard, it is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that injunction application has not yet been decided so far.

5 . Considering the said submissions, which is accepted by both the parties, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the court below to decide the injunction application on merit, in accordance with law, with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

6 . The order passed by this Court on 14.05.2024 shall be hold the field till the injunction application is decided.
