Heard the counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that his representation dated 19.12.2022 filed for regularization of his services and salary benefits as he has been given to permanent Class - IV employees of the Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation, Lucknow is not being decided by the Regional Manager (Head Quarter) of the Corporation.
It would serve no purpose to keep the writ petition pending.
The petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Regional Manager (Head Quarter), U.P. Forest Corporation, Lucknow who shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the same and in case, the petitioner is found entitled to the claim made by him, the same shall be disbursed to him within the next period of one month.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of .
