Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite parties no. 1 to 3 and Sri Netram, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the medical test/medical report of the petitioner, is prepared, but, the said report has not been sent to the competent authority, as yet.
After arguing at some length, he submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to raise all his grievances before the competent authority and the competent authority may be directed to consider and decide the same within stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court.
On the other hand, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel as well as Sri Netram, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 4 have no objection to the contentions aforesaid.
Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the parties and without entering into the merits of the case, liberty is given to the petitioner to move a fresh representation, while raising his all claims before the competent authority, within a period of fifteen days from today, and if such representation is moved, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same within further period of six weeks.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
