This court had passed the following order on 09.04.2024:-

"Sri Sudhanshu Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at some length prays for further time to prepare and argue as to how this application is maintainable before this Court in view of specific provision in the terms and conditions of the contract that the Court of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters arising out of and under this contract.

As prayed, list in the next week as fresh.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate court having jurisdiction to try this case. To which there is no objection by learned counsel for the respondents.
