Shri Rakesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicants have been summoned under Section 352, 504 and 506 I.P.C. The punishment in the said offence is below 7 years and that the applicants are entitled to bail.
If that be the case the aforesaid submission may be made before the learned trial court which shall be decided as per law.
It is also open to the applicants to file discharge application through counsel at the appropriate stage before the learned trial court.
