At the very outset, Sri Hemant Kumar Pandey, learned State Counsel has raised preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present petition on the ground that petitioner is having statutory remedy under Section 67(5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to approach the appropriate court/authority. If such an appeal is preferred within a period of two weeks from today, by the petitioner, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
