Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms Harsha Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2 and Shri Balram Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 and 4.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law.
Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
