Learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that at this stage the petitioners are confining their prayers for issuing a direction to the respondent no. 1-Board of Revenue, U.P. through its Chairman to take a decision on the application of the petitioner dated 27.11.2019 filed for publication of notice against the respondents in the revision, which is pending from last more than 4 years in Revision No. 2977/2008-2009 Computerized Case No. R-200909380038436 within the time as this Court may fix.

It is further submitted that the petitioners do not want to press the second part of the prayer made in the present petition at this stage i.e. for issuing a direction to decide the revision number as mentioned above alongwith connected revision within the time fix by this Court.

As prayed, second part of the prayer made in the petition is dismissed as not pressed, at this stage.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

On the request of learned counsel for the petitioners and without entering into the merit of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the aforementioned application dated 27.11.2019 filed in the case/revision preferred by the petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
