Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has instituted the proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 before the respondent no. 1-Tehsildar Tehsil Rudauli, District Ayodhya in the year 2023 wherein the objection has been filed by the respondent no. 2 but the proceedings have yet not been concluded despite Rule 34 (7) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 mandates that the proceedings instituted under Section 34 which is disputed shall be concluded within a period of 90 days.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction may be issued to the respondent no. 1-Tehsildar Tehsil Rudauli District Ayodhya to conclude the proceedings initiated under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 in the Case No. 4552 of 2023 (T202304230704552) filed by the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merit of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to conclude the proceedings instituted under Section 34 at the instance of the petitioner in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period provided under the statute.
