Shri Ganga Singh, learned counsel for the appellant has sent illness slip.
Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the case is being got adjourned repeatedly by learned counsel for the appellant on one or the other ground.
This court had passed the following order on the last date i.e. 05.02.2024:-
"Sri Ganga Singh learned counsel for the appellant is reported to be ill.
Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the case is being got adjourned repeatedly since filing of the appeal and even on the last date after arguing at some length, the case was got adjourned to further prepare and argue. Since there is request for adjournment on illness, the case is adjourned for the day making it clear that the case shall not be adjourned on the next date on any ground. List in the week commencing 26.02.2024. "
In view of above the case cannot be adjourned.
