Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the respondents.
Petition has been filed seeking direction to concerned authority to produce the seized answer sheet of the petitioner and to permit to be provided opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Considering the fact that addressing petitioner's would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 or any other concerned authority, which shall be considered and decided within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
