Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No.1 and Mr. Shubham Tripathi learned counsel for opposite parties 2 to 4.
Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to consider petitioner's case for promotion on the post of Executive Engineer (Civil) and for grant of notional promotion on the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) with effect from 7th October, 2014.
Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move fresh representation before opposite party No. 4 i.e. Registrar, King George Medical Unviersity, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
