Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

The accused-applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.53 of 2023 under sections 324, 302, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Maharua, District Ambedkar Nagar.

It is argued by the counsel for the applicant that the coaccused Raman Singh was enlarged on bail vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14868 of 2023.

While granting the bail to the said co-accused, the court had noticed that the main allegation was levelled against the one of the co-accused Vinay Kumar Singh of causing injuries by the use of Banka.

As regards the applicant, general allegations were levelled. Specific allegations were levelled against the co-accused Vinay Kumar Singh.

Considering the fact that general allegations were levelled against the applicant and apparently there appears to be no motive at the instance of the applicant to cause of the offence in question, the applicant whose criminal antecedents are explained in para 24 of the bail application which are old cases, are entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed.

7 Let the applicant Devendra Pratap Singh @ Deepu be released on bail in aforesaid first information report number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶15

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the

¶16

offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶17

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
