Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 has been accepted by the office of the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. Sri U.S. Sahai, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 on caveat.
Under challenge is the order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Devi Patan Mandal, Gonda whereby by means of order dated 25.11.2023 an application seeking transfer of the proceedings from the said court to any other court has been rejected.
The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that he he does not wish to press the present petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as not pressed .
