She further stated that at the time of the incident the applicant's son and his husband were away and they reached home upon getting the information of the incident after the informant had already reached there. The informant categorically stated that the allegations levelled in the F.I.R. are not correct and she does not want any proceedings to be continued against the accused persons. Similar statements were given by the deceased's brother Vivek Sharma and her maternal uncle Lavkush Sharma.
released on bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Maharajganj Tarai, District Balrampur on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of magistrate/court concerned, subject to following conditions:-
(i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence;
(ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses;
(iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial court.
