Despite this Court, vide order dated 02.09.2024, on the intention of learned counsel for the revisionist to settle the matter in case the matter is referred to the mediation centre of this Court, had required the revisionist to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/-, as per the office report dated 25.09.2024 the amount has still not been deposited.
Considering the aforesaid and that no request for adjournment has been made on behalf of the revisionist, the revision is dismissed in default.
