The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 15.12.2022 whereby the appeal/representation of the petitioner has been rejected as well as the order dated 26.06.2021 by which the caste certificate issued in favour of the petitioner has been rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel states that against the order impugned in the present petition, the revision lies before the State Level Committee.
In view of the said, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a revision before the State Level Committee. In case such a revision is filed within three weeks from today, the same shall be heard and decided on merit and shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay.
