The present writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to the respondent no.2 to expedite the proceedings of Case No.73/MWA/2017 pending before him within a time bound framed.

Considering the fact that the Counsel for the petitioner is confining his prayer in terms of the amendment, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide Case No.73/MWA/2017 with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
