Considering the fact that the matter is to be decided by the respondent no.2, the writ petition is dispo sed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the application/ letter No. 11595/Fire Arm Clerk/2021 dated 25.07.2021 filed for grant of firearm license, in accordance with law, with all expeditions preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
