Shri Rajesh Kumar Kanojia, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri H.N Sharma, learned counsel for private respondent no. 4 and Shri Pankaj Kumar Rai, learned Standing counsel for the State are present.
Learned Standing counsel submits that the petitioner has not filed any declaration about the first marriage.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
