Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the District Magistrate asking for a report with regard to allegations levelled against the ex-gram pradhan, nothing has been done. The petitioner claims to be a villager; he is neither a complainant nor has he established any right for issuance of a writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
In view thereof, no writ can be issued. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
