Shri Salil Krishna, Advocate holding brief of Shri Babu Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shashank Pathak, State Law Officer are present.
The present petition under article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners in a nature of mandamus to respondents/authorities not to interfere in the matrimonial life of the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after affording the opportunity to file joint affidavit of the petitioners on 13.02.2023, 21.02.2023, 01.03.2023 and 14.03.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the present writ petition.
Accordingly the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
