Petitioner before this wants to execute order passed by Prescribed Authority in her favour under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 which was affirmed by appellate authority.
Vishnu Pratap, learned counsel appearing for respondent Central Bank of India submits that presently above referred orders are challenged before this Court in Writ-C No.46040 of 2017, wherein notice has been issued vide order dated 25.10.2017 and both orders have been stayed. However, as the matter is still pending consideration, considering the above submission, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition.
Writ petition is dismissed as this stage.
Registry will take steps to list Writ-C No.46040 of 2017, before appropriate Bench within three weeks.
