It is not in dispute that there is an alternative remedy available with petitioner to challenge the impugned order. However, he has directly approached this Court. Declaration has been made in para 24 of writ petition that there is no efficacious alternative remedy available with petitioner, therefore preliminary objection has been raised by Shri B.K.Ojha, learned counsel for respondents has merit that petitioner has alternative remedy.
This writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
