B.B.Rai, learned counsel for petitioner has not been able to dispute that there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order.
I have perused the declaration made in paragraph 25 of the writ petition. However, it is bereft of any ground to approach this Court directly without availing the alternative remedy.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail alternative remedy in accordance with the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016 Order Date :- 11.1.2023 SB
