Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Amrish Sahai appearing for the bank.
Petitioners before this Court have not denied the bank loan amount and have approached this Court with prayer that repayment of loan amount be accepted in easy installments. However, admittedly, petitioners have not approached the bank before approaching this Court.
Learned counsel for the bank fairly submits that in case the petitioners approach the Bank and prays for repayment of entire amount of loan in easy installments, same will be considered in established procedure of law.
Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as fair statement made by learned counsel for the bank, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the bank with the prayer raised in this petition, which will be sympathetically considered by the bank.
