Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to apply the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950, The Uttar Pradesh Urban Areas Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956 and Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 and other allied laws, such as Uttar Pradesh Revenue Manual and Land Records Manual etc. within the District of Rampur, District: Rampur and correct the Revenue Records and record the name of petitioner as Bhumidhar with transferrable rights over Khata No. 18/68 Plot no. 337 Area 0.1140 hectare situated in village Madyyan Nadar Bagh, Tehsil: Sadar, District: Rampur.
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 13.09.2021 made by the petitioner before the respondents."
