After substantial arguments made by Shri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner, once the Court declined to entertain the writ petition then he submits that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach the competent civil court.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
