Present writ petition is preferred by the petitioners seeking following principal reliefs:-
At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be met in case he be permitted to file a fresh representation before respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Prayagraj, which may be decided within a stipulated period.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation ventilating his grievance, within ten days from today, along with copy of this order before the competent authority, which is stated to be respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Prayagraj, who may consider the representation filed by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, but certainly after giving opportunity to the stakeholder, as expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks, thereafter, from the date of receipt of the representation.
