The present petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the U.P. Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow declaring Waqf Reference No. 32/70 of 2009 as abated because of the death of the plaintiff and also subsequently dismissing the recall application filed by the petitioner for recall of the previous order.
The orders are revisable under Section 83(9)-Proviso of The Waqf Act, 1995.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed.
The petitioner may file revision under the aforesaid Act.
