Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R.M.Upadhayay, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondent.

In pith and substance, the petitioners are before this Court with a request commanding the respondent no. 3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur to decide the representation dated 21.12.2021 for compensation under Kissan Durghatna Beema Yojna within stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners has already made a detailed representation to the respondent no. 3 on 21.12.2021, which is still pending for consideration.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel very fairly states that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the petitioners to move a fresh representation before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned ventilating their grievance within two weeks from today and in case any such representation is being preferred definitely the same would be looked into, examined and remedied strictly in accordance with law and in view of the aforesaid scheme within six weeks thereafter.
