Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 4.
Undisputedly, regarding the same dispute for which the present petition has been filed, a Civil Suit No. 1252 of 2018 is pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mathura.
As the matter is already sub judice before the Civil Court, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition which is nothing but a repetition of the same facts and grounds.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue the civil suit.
