Heard Shri Gaurav Kumar Srivastava, counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Shri F.A. Ansari, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to 4 release the due out standing amount of rupees 3,36,300/- for completion the work done by the petitioner for preparing and providing the identity cards to the advocate and their clerks in district Muzaffar Nagar.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to 4 decide to the representation dated 18.05.2022 and 05.08.2022 submitted by the petitioner."
After arguments were heard at some length, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition and therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
