On account of death of Shri B.R. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, a card notice was issued to the petitioner to engage another counsel. The card notice has received back with remark that recipient has died. Neither anybody has put in appearance nor any application for substitution appears to have been filed.
In view of above, this petition stands abated.
