On an objection raised by learned Standing Counsel that this petition for the prayers is not maintainable because the first prayer is not clear and the second and third prayer can not be granted in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 10.08.2023 in First Appeal No.152 of 2023; Smt. Satakshi Vardhan and Others Vs. Amshuman Abhishek, Shri Anshuman Abhishek, petitioner-in-person, after arguing at some length submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh with proper pleadings and prayer. To which there is no objection by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
In view of above, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
