The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent no.2 (District Magistrate, Banda) to enquire into certain allegations of embezzlement by Village Panchayat in the matter of work done by it and to submit an enquiry report to the petitioner.
We have perused the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2022, in which he has also prayed for enquiry into the work done and submit a report to him.
We find that no such direction can be issued for conducting an enquiry and to submit report to the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
