The sole prayer of Sri Kamlendra Singh Jadaun, learned counsel for petitioner is that respondent No.2 District Magistrate, Ghaziabad/Licensing Authority may be directed to decide File No. 4142 in regard to arm license of petitioner, expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel for State has no objection if such a prayer is allowed.
Considering above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that respondent No.2 will take all endavour to decide case of petitioner referred above in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
