Learned Standing Counsel has received instructions that before filing of this writ petition, allotment of fair price shop license has been allotted to daughter-in-law of deceased (erstwhile licensee) on 28.12.2022.
Due to subsequent events, learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to take appropriate remedy to challenge the allotment order, if so aggrieved and if so advised.
The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
