Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 and Shri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate direction to the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Harriya, District Basti to decide Case No. 12684 of 2022, Computer Case No. T202217140112684 (Gaon Sabha versus Dividin), under Section 67 of Land Revenue Code, 2006 within the stipulated period of time.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has filed the case in the year 2022 but till date the same has not been brought to its logical end.

Learned counsels appearing for the respondents submit that the case of the petitioner shall be decided by the respondents within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case and also taking into consideration the fact that case of the petitioner is pending since long, the writ petition is disposed of by requiring the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Harriya, District Basti seized with the Case No. 12684 of 2022, Computer Case No. T202217140112684 (Gaon Sabha versus Dividin), under Section 67 of Land Revenue Code, 2006 to consider and decide the same expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties within a period of three months from the date of service of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
