Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 are present.

The petitioners are present before this Court pursuant to previous order of this Court. The petitioner no. 1 told her name as Neetan Purvanshi and stated that she is residing at present in Sikarauda, P.S. Fatehpur Sikri, Agra alongwith petitioner no. 2, Kartar Singh. She has solemnized her marriage with petitioner no. 2 out of free will and choice at Arya Samaj temple. This is wrong to say that she and petitioner no. 2 are not residing at village of petitioner no. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submitted that a compromise has been arrived between the petitioners and respondent no. 4 and now the respondent no. 4 is agreed to relationship and marriage of the petitioners; mutual settlement between the petitioners and respondent no. 4 has been done by good offices of Gram Pradhan and respectable persons of the village and no mutual grudge or animosity remains between the parties; the respondent no. 4 is agreed that petitioners may live together as a result of their marriage.

This writ petition stands disposed of keeping in view the fact that petitioners have no grievance at present against the respondent no. 4, father of petitioner no. 1 or family members. It is made clear that petitioners may approach this Court if any subsequent events occur with relation.
