Learned counsel for the petitioners that an FIR has been lodged in the matter against petitioner No.2 during pendency of present writ petition and the petitioner No.2 has been arrested pursuant to said FIR and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
However, the petitioners will be at liberty to seek any other remedy under criminal or civil law, which available to them, before the competent Court or authority.
