Hon'ble Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra,J.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the revisionist has preferred present revision against the dismissal of his discharge application by court below. However, during pendency of present revision before this Court, charge has been framed by the learned trial court. Therefore, the revisionist intends to file fresh petition seeking appropriate relief therein, hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision, at this stage.
In view of aforesaid, present revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition with appropriate relief, if provided under law.
