Prathamesh Upadhyay, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will take recourse of alternative remedy available under law and an application for revision will be filed within a period of two weeks and further prayed that same may be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents has no objection against the aforesaid prayer.
This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a revision petition and in case the same is filed within a period of two weeks, prayer for interim relief may be considered by the revisional authority within a period of two weeks thereafter and subsequently decide the revision petition in accordance with law.
